Mikinakoos Children's Fund is deeply grateful to one of our newest major donors, the Beutel Goodman Charitable Foundation, for their support in 2025. Their commitment of $35,000 has helped to subsidize shipping costs on numerous supply shipments to Northern Ontario and strengthens our mission to support First Nations children across the North with essential food, warm clothing, and healthy living resources.

How this gift helps children in the North

A donation of this size can fund:

• 700 shipments of healthy snacks, fresh produce and hard-to-find non-perishables to Northern Communities.
• 1000 winter coats for children of all ages.
• 10+ sports camps for Indigenous youths including equipment, snacks and instructors.
• 5+ Chartered flights to remote Northern communities.
